Q What is Sikonekt and how does it work?

Sikonekt is an online marketplace for services and products. Create an account, add your ad (title, photos, description, price, location), choose a visibility package, and your listing becomes discoverable by visitors via search, categories, and location filters.

Q How do I create an account and post an ad?

Click Sign Up in the top menu, confirm your email, and log in. Then select Post Your Ad, complete the fields (title, description, photos, price, location), choose a package, and publish. You can also save a draft before publishing.

Q Which packages are available and what do they include?
  • Bump up for 5 days – periodically pushes your ad higher in results for 5 days for extra visibility.
  • Top & Featured Listing (7 days) – marked as Featured and shown in Top Listings for 7 days.
  • Top & Featured Listing (15 days) – extended Featured + Top exposure for 15 days.
  • Top Listing (15 days) – Top Listings exposure for 15 days without the Featured badge.
Q What payment methods are supported?

Payments are processed by trusted third-party processors (e.g., Stripe/PayPal). Sikonekt does not store your card details. Receipts and purchase history are accessible in your profile.

Q Can I edit or pause my ad later?

Yes. Go to My Ads in your profile, select the listing, and choose Edit or Pause. Most changes apply instantly; some may require a quick review.

Q How does “Bump up” work?

For 5 days the system periodically raises your listing nearer the top of relevant results, typically generating more views and inquiries.

Q What items or services are prohibited?

Listings that are illegal, counterfeit, hateful, discriminatory, pornographic, or related to weapons, drugs, or other restricted goods/services are not allowed. Sikonekt may remove any listing that violates our Terms.

Q Do you offer refunds?

Paid promotion fees are generally non-refundable once the service period starts, except where required by law. If you believe there was an error (e.g., duplicate charge), contact us at info@sikonekt.com.

Q How do you keep my data safe?

Q I received a suspicious message. What should I do?

Do not share sensitive information or send money outside the platform. Report the user or message via the report button on the listing or email info@sikonekt.com with screenshots.
